During this month of March was held the long awaited International Congress of the Clefs d'Or, world gathering of the national sections and directors of zones Clefs d'Or, Belgium was perfectly represented by its president Mariano, the VP Francisco and the board of the Belgian national section
5 days dedicated to customer service, the concierge profession, training and the worldwide organization of this association of more than 4000 concierges in over 80 countries and 530 premium destinations.

On February 11, maison Neuhaus Chocolatiers hosted the first 2020 Clefs d’Or Belgium & Partners – Excellence in the Belgian Hospitality meeting in its manufacturing workshops in Vlezenbeek for a creative breakfast and an immersion in the magical world of chocolate!
Private visit of the workshop and factory / Creation of bespoke Clefs d’Or chocolate / Inauguration of the new Concierges Magazine edition.

This Thursday, October 10, department stores Galeria Inno rolled out the red carpet to welcome the 80 guests of the meeting « Clefs d’Or Belgium & Partners – Excellence in the Belgian Hospitality ».
For the first time, Galeria Inno went out of business to welcome Les Clefs d’Or Belgium, their official partners, luxury hotels GM and institutional representatives, all gathered for this opportunity to share together a great and unique moment dedicated to Belgian luxury hospitality.
The doors of the Brussels department store of Avenue Louise have exceptionally closed in advance to invite them who discovered the universe INNO, totally privatized and reorganized for the occasion!

NEW COCKTAIL "EXCELLENCE, by Les Clefs d'Or Belgium" official release
The new and tremendous cocktail « EXCELLENCE, by Les Clefs d’Or Belgium » has been officially presented to the F&B luxury hotel community during and event hosted by the Steigenberger Wiltcher’s Hotel in Brussels.
This cocktail has been made with the collaboration of every Clefs d’Or Belgium members and the definitive recipe elected during a workshop (see news January 7th) in partnership with UBB (Union of Belgium’s Bartenders).

During the last Clefs d’Or Belgium & Partners meeting of 4 June 2019 at the Brussels City Hall, Clefs d’Or Belgium concierges, their official partners and luxury hotels representatives have been awarded with exceptional recognition by the official Certificate of Excellence and the Key of the city of Brussels.
The delivery of the Key of the City is a strong and rare act, which clearly shows that the Mayor of Brussels and his team support this work and this daily commitment of each and every one of you.

LES CLEFS D'OR 90th ANNIVERSARY AND 66th INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS
From 22 to 27 March, the 66th International Clefs d’Or Congress was held in Cannes. Our friends of Clefs d’Or France, in association with the city of Cannes and their partners knew how to organize this event in a perfect way!

Dear friends we, the Clefs d’Or Belgium express our gratitude to the mayor of Brussels city, Mr. Philippe Close, who welcomed us for our AGM.
For the very first time of the history of the city hall, citizens were authorized to take seat in the prestigious « salle du college » and use the facilities for a non official fonction.
The AGM was followed by a private visit of this remarkable monument and its hired treasures.
